TARO SHINODA does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewals, try-before-you-buy arrangements or other recurring purchase plans.

All purchases made through taroshinoda.com are one-time purchases. Customers will not be charged automatically after completing an order.

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation or modification. If you need assistance with a recent order, contact info@taroshinoda.com immediately and include your order number.

Approved size exchanges, damaged items and incorrect orders are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

If TARO SHINODA introduces subscriptions, pre-orders or other purchase plans in the future, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation instructions will be disclosed before checkout. This policy will also be updated accordingly.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
